In his interview with Lynn Fosse, he expresses his interests in great minds of people or those that have great and new ideas that are willing to follow new and uncharted waters in their ventures. The ideas should be disruptive in the market as they use unique concepts and yet should possess a global appeal. He uses the tactic of posing the right questions in building successful companies. He is of the opinion that finding good ideas that are incubatable has proved elusive because people want to duplicate businesses and follow the same mundane process that has been regurgitated repeatedly. He therefore concentrates on those with unique ideas and are desperate to put them to work; to him persistence is a sign of that desperation which he attributes to the possibility of success.  For the full interview, click ceocfointerviews.com

Burch is definitely not a do-everything-yourself-er. When it comes to executing plans on as rapid a basis as possible, he believes in seeking out other people who carry as much passion for his endeavors as he does. He also prides himself on his ability to be intuitive about people’s current demands and who they are. Also, whenever he fails, he doesn’t let that discourage him.
